How do I book an appointment?

All appointments (including free discovery calls) are booked via this link.

 

Currently, Elly practises on Thursdays & Fridays, Online via Zoom. 

​

We require 100% prepayment for the consult fee at the time of booking an appointment. If the payment is not processed within one hour, your booking will expire & automatically be cancelled.

Once you have paid & secured your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with further consultation instructions.

Are herbs, testing & supplements included in the cost of the consult fee? 

​

Any prescriptions or testing are not included in the consult fees. Treatment plans and prescriptions will be catered to your health needs, goals & budget.

What are your Qualifications? 

​

I have acquired my Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy) degree, Diploma in Beauty Therapy & am associated with NHAA.

Payment Terms

Payment for services or products is collected securely through third-party payment partners. Information collected may include your name, billing address, email, and payment details (such as credit card number, expiry date, and security code).

• Payment Methods: Payments can be made via PayPal or credit card at the time of checkout or booking.
   

• Currency: All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.
   

• Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable at the time of purchase is the price displayed on the website.
   

• Merchant Fees: Credit card and PayPal transactions may attract a small merchant service fee (MSF). Any changes to these fees will be notified in advance.
   

• Ownership: Title and property in all goods remain vested in Elly Holden Naturopathy until full payment is received.
   

 

Shipping

Physical products (if applicable) will be shipped within 3–5 business days via Australia Post.

Clients will receive an order confirmation and tracking information via email.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery becomes the responsibility of Australia Post.

​

If a parcel is delayed or lost, please contact Australia Post directly with your tracking number.

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Incorrect addresses are the responsibility of the purchaser, and refunds or reshipments will not be issued.
